1. Handling Times
It usually takes about 3 business days to process your orders, which does not include holidays.
2. Tailoring Times:
Referring to the product description, when the costume is in stock, no tailoring time is required, when the costume is out of stock or the costume is pre-ordered, tailoring is required, and different costumes require different time.

Currently, we can ship to the following countries and regions (POBOX addresses are not accepted in all regions), If you are in a country or region where you cannot place an order, please contact us for confirmation:
North America: United States (excluding APO/FPO address), Canada.

B. After Shipment
